Before the exam
- Bring your original passport or valid photo ID
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the examination
- Bring stationery specified in your confirmation email
- Late arrivals may not be admitted
During the exam
- Follow all invigilator instructions
- Switch off mobile phones and smart devices
- Dictionaries are not permitted
- Remain silent and do not communicate with other candidates
After the exam
- Results are released online according to the awarding body timetable
- Certificates are issued by the examination provider
- Collection or postage arrangements will be confirmed separately
Cancellation policy
- Registration fees are non-refundable after the registration deadline
- Changes or cancellations before the deadline may be subject to an administration charge
- Exceptional circumstances must be submitted to the test centre in writing
