Before the first rally

Does my child need badminton experience?

No. Foundation groups introduce the grip, court movement and safe racket habits from the beginning.

How is the right group chosen?

The team considers age, movement confidence, racket control, playing experience and the child's goals.

Does my child need their own racket?

Bring one if available. If not, tell the team when booking so they can confirm equipment for the trial.
