1. Authorized Pick-up & Drop-off Procedures接送孩子的授权流程
1.1 Pick-up Authorization | 接送授权
Only adults pre-registered in our system may collect your child. Please present photo ID during the first pick-up for verification.
仅限在我们系统中提前登记的成人接送孩子。首次接送时，请出示带照片的身份证件以供核实。
For temporary changes (e.g., a relative picking up), notify the school office at least 2 hours in advance via phone or email. We will confirm the identity of the new pick-up person before releasing the child.
如需临时更换接送人（如亲属代接），请至少提前2小时通过电话或电子邮件通知校方。我们将在放行前核实新接送人的身份。
1.2 Timely Collection | 准时接送
Regular Pick-up: Collect your child within 15 minutes after class/activity ends.

Late Pick-up: If delayed, contact your child’s teacher immediately. A staff member will supervise your child at reception until your arrival.

2. Health & Medical Information 健康与医疗信息
2.1 Allergy & Medical Needs | 过敏与健康需求
Allergies: Submit a detailed allergy list during enrollment (food, medication, environmental). Update us with any changes.
过敏信息：报名时请提交详细的过敏信息（如食物、药物或环境过敏）。如有变更请及时更新。
Medical Conditions: Inform us of any chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) and required medication.

Emergency Consent: Provide signed consent for emergency medical treatment if needed.

Ensure your contact details and alternative guardians are up to date. We will contact you first in the event of illness or injury.

3. Daily Sign-in/Sign-out每日签到与签出
Electronic System: School uses the Xiaoguanjia system at classroom to record attendance.
电子系统：学校使用校管家点名系统登记孩子到校与离校情况。
Paper Backup: If the system is down, teachers will use the physical register with full name and time.
纸质备份：若系统故障，由老师填写纸质登记表，注明姓名和时间。
Absences: If your child is absent without notice, we will contact you within 30 minutes of class start time.
缺勤通知：如孩子未提前请假且未到校，我们将在课程开始30分钟内联系您确认安全。

5. Activity-Specific Safety各类活动的安全保障
5.1 Afternoon Classes | 兴趣课程
Arts: All materials are non-toxic and age-appropriate. Staff supervise tool use.
美术课：使用的材料均为无毒、适龄产品，老师将全程监督孩子使用工具。
Fencing: Full safety gear (mask, jacket, glove) is required. Only basic drills under supervision are permitted.
击剑课：学生必须穿戴全套护具（面罩、护衣、护手套）。仅进行基础练习，严禁无监督对抗。
5.2 Off-Site Activities | 外出活动
For outings, we require:
Parental consent forms
Updated emergency contact information
First-aid trained staff attendance
所有外出活动（如文化参观）需：

6. Home-School Communication家校沟通机制
Weekly Updates: Teachers will send reminders and schedules via WeChat group.
每周更新：班主任将通过微信群发送安全提示与课程安排。
Monthly Newsletters: Receive printed safety bulletins (纸质安全简报) with safety tips (e.g., online safety at home).
月度简报：我们将发送纸质安全简报，包括家庭安全小贴士（如网络防护）。
Open Door Policy: You’re welcome to schedule meetings with the Safeguarding Lead to share suggestions or concerns.
